Two weeks ago I joined the facebook group The Self Isolating Bird Club, which had been set up by Chris Packham and currently has over29'500 members.

I have been regularly posting pictures I am taking during lockdown and am pleased that my contributions ranging from house sparrows to birds of prey and the reactions they received from members have led to my recognition as Rising Star, Visual Storyteller and Conversation Starter.
