PIERA BERETTA

About

PIERA BERETTA

I am a wildlife art photographer, conservationist and field guide (FGASA). My aim is to spread my love of nature by sharing my encounters with wild animals.

I am passionate about finding the wild in unexpected places and finding beauty in the ordinary and overlooked.

“My aim is to transform the way people see and respect their environment.”

Piera Beretta

Ethics

I photograph all animals in the wild and take great care to respect and not distress the wildlife I encounter.

In order to represent the reality of nature, I keep digital adjustments to a minimum. I never add or remove objects and never recompose pictures.

I also try to keep my carbon footprint as low as possible, offsetting occasional air travel by more sustainable choices in everyday life.
